If my keratin kit didn't have formaldehyde why did my eyes sting and tear up?

I used cocochoco gold keratin kit recently and my eyes stung and watered. they say it doesn't have formaldehyde, ingredients don't have it listed.
However, many years ago I have used the original amazon keratin kit which did have formaldehyde and i remember how my eyes stung and watered. Well, this happened the other day when I used my cocochoco kit thats supposed to have no formaldehyde...

So does anyone know what else in a keratin kit could have caused eyes irritation and watering?

the ingredients:
Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Water, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Maris Sal, Tocopheryl Acetate, Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Keratin, Borago Officinalis Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Ascorbic Acid, Allantoin, Parfum, Squalane, Retinyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, Lactic Acid, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide

Maybe because of this?

I would just assume because there are a lot of chemicals and that one specific chemical may not be the only one your eyes are sensitive to

Because they all do, but its hidden behind other chemical names or not declared

@Mercurial123 The released by water is a new one, I knew heat makes it dangerous.I've just realised my hibiscrub also has formaldehyde

Does anyone here know of a better anti-frizz treatment than keratin in terms of not being carcinogenic ?

I had a hot bath with hibiscrub in it and washed my hair for the first time after the 3 days wait for keratin and I felt my chest go tight, got dizzy like i had low blood pressure and I don't. My chest still feels tight. I don't have asthma or any breathing issues, don't smoke. My hair does look so much better and healthier though. I'm going to stop wth hibiscrub and see if this happens again then maybe formaldehyde is getting released again everytime I wash my hair...

Goldwell, Kerasilk is supposed to be safe to use.
