Has anyone used RapidBrow before?

Hey guys!

I have the world’s thinnest eyebrows due to over plucking them in my teens. I recently had them tinted for the first time which I thought looked fucking awful mind you.

Anyway, I saw RapidBrow recommended on here but when I look at the reviews, people have said that they have to constantly use the serum otherwise their eyebrows go back to normal. What are peoples experiences? How have you found it? Has it made a difference or not really? Thank you!

Not tried RapidBrown but I have tried RevitaBrow which really improved mine but as you say you do need to keep on with it as hairs all have a phase of growth/rest/fall out .

I've bought Revitalash which worked really well too , but I really CBA to keep it up on my eyelashes (and its ££ )

I buy a lash + brow set and give the eyelash serum to my DD
And there has been a load written about eye colour changing and fat loss round the orbital bone but neither of us noticed anything amiss
DD did have irritation from UKLash

We've both been using ELF lash/brow serum but its an eyeliner type brush which is a pain on brows .

Its best to use it every night for a couple of months then when you get resu;ts you can cut back to a couple of times a week.

I;ve got some before /after photos I'll try and find them
My brows suffered in the 1980s when the fashion was to pluck them to the arched sperm shape , now I;m menopausal they don't bother . I did think about brow tatooing but as my DD says "If it goes wrong , it's on Your Face "
So I didn;t

@70isaLimitNotaTarget thank you for your comment! See, that’s the thing. I don’t think I can be bothered to keep up maintaining using the serum and I’d also like a more permanent solution. I also considered tattooing them on but I’m too scared😂 I am considering microblading though!

If you have any before and after pics, I’d love to see them!

It's not that expensive though, like 27 pounds or something and lasts months?
It's made a massive difference to my eyebrows! I do just keep using it though.
I was seriously considering microblading till I looked into it a bit more.. the hair like strokes seem to fade (as tattoos do) and you end up with grey blobs as eye brows 🙈
Now keep noticing people who've had it done and its really put me off.
I presume you have to keep getting it done every 18 months or so to stop that happening, I'd rather get a serum that last 3 months then have to go to the expense of that upkeep!

@WaveyGodshawk I don’t really buy beauty products so £27 is a lot to me😂

If I was to give the serum a try and use it daily, would that get in the way of tinting my eyebrows? Do you still get your eyebrows threaded/waxed all the same or am I just overthinking everything haha

I’ve just bought this from Superdrug, colours and sets the eyebrows in place. Really good

Try black castor oil or vaseline

PosyPrettyToes · 03/11/2023 20:35

It’s really, REALLY good

Offredismysister · 03/11/2023 20:35

I just bought black castor oil for £5.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 03/11/2023 23:16

Your wish is my command @CeeChynaa

These photis were taken in 2020 about 3 months in between . I used to use Revolution dye (it was a paint on/peel off and lasted 7 days but then I couldn't get the colour I needed so I stopped using it )

I was inspired seeing these photos again so I've just splashed out on a new bottle of Revitabrow and I'll do a photo to mark my progress .
Might have decent brows by Christmas ?
It's nowhere near as dramatic as having microblading or tattoo but I think I'll play safe and stick with Revitabrow .

I’ve used quite a few different serums including Rapid Lash/Brow. They’ve all worked for me.

I now just buy any brand from Amazon, whatever offers the best deal and has decent reviews. The cheaper ones have been just as effective and I notice the difference usually within a couple of weeks of daily use.

IAmtheVampiresWife · 04/11/2023 01:57

I have used this with great results but you do have to use frequently. Very pleased with it.

Sorry @CeeChynaa I have only just seen this!
Yeah I know what you mean about the price, sorry if that came across a bit off.
I suppose the way I look at it is it lasts a good bit of time so it works out cheap enough per month iykwim?!
Doesn't interfere with getting tints done or anything, in fact the girl that does my eyebrows has been blown away by it, how much more hair she has to work with for the tint to give my eyebrows a much fuller shape. The new hairs are very fine at first so will only be seen properly with a tint on. But with regular use they become much stronger too.
I had tried the black castor oil previously and unfortunately it made absolutely no difference to me, and in fact I ended up with lovely pimples in my eyebrows 😭 so personally I wouldn't recommend that.

CeeChynaa · 05/11/2023 10:56

@70isaLimitNotaTarget I’m impressed! I think I’ll buy it and give it a go. My eyebrows are barely there and I hate it😂 I’d love for you to update the thread around Christmas time!

@WaveyGodshawk haha no don’t worry, I totally get what you mean. £27 is a lot for me to spend on one item but if it’s worth the money then I’m happy to do that. I’m going to purchase it in a couple of weeks when I have a bit more money to hand. I’d also like my eyebrow lady to have a bit more hair to work with!!

Thank you for the black caster oil suggestions but I’ve tried that and my skin had a really bad reaction to it
