Waterproof without a high neck?

I am short of neck and find the sort of funnel necks most waterproof jackets have are uncomfortable and unflattering on me.
I think what I am looking for is a simple 'hoodie' style. It needs to be properly waterproof, but not too warm, (I already have a warm one).

I really like that, but it's only water resistant.
