Ghd advice anyone?

My daughter wants GHD straighteners for Christmas but I’ve gone down a massive rabbit hole online trying to work out of the original, gold or platinum ones are best?

I understand that a lot of people prefer cloud 9 or other brands but it’s definitely GHD ones that she wants. She’s a teen and wants to be like her friends. Any advice on what the ‘cool’ ones are to have? Budget is not a problem.

Have had all three. By far my favorite is the Platinum +

I have long thick hair and with these I can straighten it in a quarter of the time it took with the original. I’ve tried cloud 9 but I prefer my GHDs.
