Stubborn spots on jawline

I've never had this problem before but Ive got so many stubborn deep spots coming up around my jawline and even under my chin! I don't know what's causing them or how to shift them! Any tips? They are very noticeable and bumpy!

Atm I wash my face with a cream cleanser and use a vit c serum in the morning then suncream and moisturiser. In the evening I do the same but without the vit c. I use a retinol 0.5 serum every couple of nights and have done for a long time. I've ordered some corsx spot patches from amazon but not sure if these are too deep to work.

I get these hormonally and use salicylic and acnecide to get rid of them.

Same as Fiorentina - salicylic acid and acnecide helped me.

When I feel a spot coming on, I use Mario Badescu’s drying lotion. It has definitely stopped several spots at the ‘tender’ stage, before they have fully emerged. Dots for Spots are good too, for helping with active spots.

I've never had this before. I hope it doesn't mean my hormones are starting to go wild 🙈 I've filled out the superdrug form for acnecide. Hoping it helps! Thank you both!
