Gym trainers

What gym trainers are people wearing at the moment? Mine are Adidas LA and around 8 years old! Desperately seeking new ones but they all seem to be so chunky, I only have size 4 feet!

It depends what I'm doing; for weights I wear thin soled trainers (my current pair are Puma and I got them in the clearance) or Converse but for running I need decent support. I wear Brooks Adrenaline but everybody is different and gait analysis is worth trying if you're going to be spending a bit.

I'm also a size 4 and I find I can often do well in the sales since there's generally some left over 😀

That's helpful thanks, it's mainly weight training I do, not so much running but looking for a good all rounder ideally.

Not sure if these are too chunky but I’m a size 4 and I find them really comfortable and sturdy.

I wear Nike metcons for weight training. I'll run in them too but I don't run in the gym for more than 15 mins or so at the end of my session. When I ran more, I took Asics gel ones with me and changed.
