I just opened my delivery from beauty bay of an Anastasia Beverly Hills palette I ordered and one of the shades is cracked (i think in delivery as packaging was not padded...?)
I have so far emailed a robot with a picture and awaiting a response.
What do you think will happen next - will they want me to send it back and I will get a refund or will they send me a new one?
I want to wear it in the meantime but i dont know if this will mean I can't return...
Has anyone else had experience with this?
I know this might sound silly but it was quite expensive and a real treat for myself!
