Hyperpigmentation Laser Treatment

I have high pigmentation face.
Areas too large for cryotherapy blasts.
Anyone had laser treatment for this condition ?
Can anyone offer advice / personal experiences from having laser treatment ?

I had a small area of hyper pigmentation on my cheek.My first laser treatment session made the area go purple (!) and once the purple faded there was no improvement, but my second session was quite miraculous and the pigmentation is now 95% gone. If it ever comes back, I will have definitely have laser treatment again

I had a full 6 week treatment of IPL for pigmentation and broken capillaries last year. Amazing treatment at the time, all brown spots disappeared and greatly improved the texture of skin. However 6 months down the line the hyperpigmentation has come back 🙁. It was not cheap (£150 per session) and I'm really disappointed. Now using dermatica prescription hydroquinone/tretinoin, it's worked well for the pigmentation.
If I could afford to get IPL every 6 weeks forever I probably would but that's just not financially feasible!!!!! (And it's also quite uncomfortable to get done!)
Very interested to hear anyone else's experience of this. I have become obsessed with hyperpigmentation!!!!!!!!

I had laser for hyperpigmentation - £1000 for the session. Made no difference at all to the dark spots but did seem to improve my skin texture (which I'm not bothered about!).

I've also tried Dermatica for around 18 months - no difference.

If anyone has any great solutions I'd love to hear them

I’ve been having laser treatment for pigmentation every 3 weeks for a year now. Though one particular bad bit has reduced I seem to have more appear all over my face. Am I doing more harm than good?
