Am 5 ft nothing , challenge 1
Size ten bottom half but stupidly large bra size , 34 h so usually need a 14 or 16 dress depending on style

Winter ball, think charity ball type thing

Don't like drawing attention to my boobs , so nothing clingy Kirsty/ nigella bombshell type dresses
No waists, have a nice waist but a proper waist makes me look short on the top so prefer a sort of tailored in type thing if that makes sense .
Don't mind low neckline but nothing too high

Ideally rich velvet type thing or maybe sequins

Any advice welcome

I wonder whether a dress hire service might be a good idea. At the very least you could try lots on at a showroom and maybe get an idea of what suits you and pleases you. IME (pre-dc, so a good few years ago!) a good hire service can tailor a dress to your shape. Google dress hire in your area.

Have a look on Karen Millen website. There is some lovely dresses on there and they have a petite range too.

Can't work out if this will disguisebor emphasise your bust. Stunning though.

Its gorgeous but no way could you wear a strapped bra with it and anything else could end in disaster, but thanks anyway

OK, point taken re bra. But you could wear one under this, you would see straps but think you'd get away with it.

or, are tops and skirts better with the size difference?
