Shampoo for daily washing

Hi I want to start washing my hair everyday as my hair is like a birds nest.
are there any shampoos that are very kind to hair please

to help you get the answer you need... why do you need to wash your hair every day?

I currently use Garnier hair foods daily.

My hair has always need daily washing

I do skip days and put my hair up or plait it but to wear it down it needs a daily wash

I've used loads of shampoos over the years

The Garnier hair foods are also sulphate free which makes it kinder to hair

Thank you. I have used the banana flavour conditioner. I didn’t realise it’s sulphate free. So that one should be kind to my hair.

over washing will likely make it worse!

Iv got the type of hair that’s matted frizzy
and terrible. Washing definitely smooths it out.

Have you tried a leave in conditioner to keep it smooth, instead of daily washing?

I'm not saying you are wrong but very few people actually need to wash their hair daily. It might make it even more frizzy/ dry if you wash it more.

I wash daily, my hair is the best it has ever been and it makes my day better when I wash everyday.
I use milkshake daily shampoo and wella pure.

My hairdresser says as I wash everyday just lather up once.
