Rosacea question

Hello,

I have a question regarding rosacea, I have very mild on my cheeks, the odd little bump and a constant red nose.

I have been using Clinique Redness Solutions cleanser and I've noticed a huge difference in the redness on my nose (and in my little tiny spots) but I'm concerned that with rosacea, you're advised not to exfoliate.

The cleanser is aimed at red skin, rosacea and advised it's safe for every day use, it's for the consistency of a cream cleanser.

I've also been using azaelic acid every other day (night time only)

My question is (apologies for the rambling), is the cleanser okay to use since it's targeted for my skin type or is it best to use something else?

I don't want to end up damaging my skin barrier 😩

I also have rosacea and have using Clinique reddnes relief cleaner for about 15 years, it's the only cleaner I would ever use now . I hope they never discontinue it. I don't use the moisturizer as it doesn't suit my skin, I use dermalogica ultra calming concentrate as my moisturizer, Clinique anti gravity eye cream and SkinCeuticals mineral SPF 50.

Once a week I used Dr Roebuck's healing mask.
I can't remember the last time my skin flared up.
I'm 55 and was diagnosed with rosacea at 29.
The Clinique cleanser is my desert island product, this is me without sunblock or makeup.

@Styleandbeautyname oh thank you so much!

I will continue to use and hope for the best! I love it and have finally found a cleanser that's not drying but have seen a huge difference in my redness which I never thought I'd see.

Around 3 weeks. My nose is constantly red, anything triggers this off but I also have redness and tiny bumps on my cheeks.
