Fragrance for 9yo

Dd(9) has said she wants 'perfume' for Xmas. In my day this would have involved a visit to the body shop fragrance carousel and a difficult choice between fuzzy peach and dewberry.

What is the modern equivalent? Do I have to enter the assault to the senses of Lush?

Thank you. I think it'll have to be high street so I can do a sniff test. I'd completely forgotten about superdrug, haven't been in there for years!

My 8 year old really likes the fruit scented body spritzes they do in Primark. Not proper perfume but really good for stocking fillers!

Pink body sprays, linked to Victoria secret, was my dd go to.

My 9 year old loves the so...? Body mists. You can get gift sets with a selection of different scents.

My DD is a bit younger than yours so not sure if this is too babyish but it smells gorgeous!

The Beauty Base shops do absolutely loads of fragrances and they are cheap as chips and some of them smell really nice. My DD loves them.

New look have a lovely range of perfumes. The one called 'dusk' smells exactly like viktor rolf flowerbomb at a fraction of the price, I've been buying it for years! Zara also have their own range x

Mine loved the Ted Baker perfumes and sprays - you can get them in Boots very cheap. Plus the Skinnydip peach perfumes and roll on perfumes
