i want (i want i want )...

not too big

a proper change section or a firm zip

no stoopid clasps

i don't care about price, by and large, my birthday's coming up so dh will cough up grateful that he didn't have to find one himself.

i was looking at this, it's quite jolly. i enjoy a jolly accessory.

hhhmm, actually i do like the green one rather. green's my colour. and red. and pink. and blue. often all together.

would it annoy me to pay 80 for nylon, though? and WHY don't these websites have proper detailed shots of the insides?

unfortunately, lenny and wiimii, the stoopid tree of mulberry and the stoopid dug of radley get on my nerves. actually the mulberry thing is more to do with the fact that i was once attacked in a pub by a man who only moments before had been extolling the virtues of Mulberry bags. i said i didn't really rate the latest collection and he went to hit me. true story. twat.

hmm, the berries one is quite nice (and dugless) but i am against flapover wallets for reasons moaned about earlier. i think i want a zipped thing. like the kate spade one, but, er, less nylony.

hmm didn't realise about nylon. tho i inherited a black prada nylon purse from my sister and it's still going strong years and years later.

Anya Hindmarch? Another lovely Furla?

he was really drunk and had been pestering me all night with his wife only a few feet away. he kept boasting about his expensive watch etc (like i care) and when i said about mulberry he flipped. and he was huge. it was a horrible night. his stupid wife should have had him on a leash.

ta-daaaaah!

katespade. not nylon. but patent leather which might now err on the over-jazzy...

Aitch · 10/03/2008 13:34

how did you guess, lenny? and a sports jacket.

oh no, tallis, i think we've just found my jazzy ceiling.

I have an Orla Kiely one - but it's the bigger one than you linked to here - mine is dark brown with blue on it.

It was reduced at Dublin airport last month too!

I like it - being an overstuffer! Has plenty of room for change and cards and notes and other stuff.

Aitch · 10/03/2008 13:48

i am slightly tempted by that one, buda, but i worry that my stuffing would get completely out of hand. it's also maybe a wee bit too big for me, hhhmmm, or is it? hard to say.

what about this? i didn't warm to it at first but now it is growing on me. and i think i might be thinking that 19cm is bigger than it actually is...

Like that last Orla Kiely one...but prefer the blue/dark brown colour I think. And what a bargain, relatively speaking.

Aitch · 10/03/2008 15:44

with the emphasis on relatively speaking.

i'd like the blue better if it were brighter, it's a bit denimy for me in that pic. am charmed by the idea of dotty lining, not that we get to see it of course, what with this being a sales site and all...
