Outfit for evening cafe date (not dinner!)

What would you you wear for a late/afternoon early evening first date in a relaxed café environment?

If I could wear them (I can’t) relaxed wide leg trousers, black or grey maybe some wool or wool mix fabric. With some sort of ankle boot, polo or other flattering neck jumper (not same colour) and maybe relaxed jacket. Or knitted dress.

Skirts, tights, boots, poloneck/blouse and a nice coat. Or a casual dress with tights and boots.

Jeans and a crop top or maybe some cargo pants.
