Zara Returns

How do Zara returns work for online purchases? I must be being thick but I just can't work out the options from reading their return policies. I used to buy from them a lot and any returns used to be collected by the courier. Is this no longer an option?

If you can take it to a store to return. They have form for not accepting returns via post/ courier. Often claiming damage/ been worn etc.
