WFH attire

Hi,

I WFH full time, I do drop off / pick ups, occasionally visit the super market in my day, rarely have the video on for meetings. What’s everyone wearing? I’m fed up of jogs. I also think meh what’s the point?

Oh I need this thread. I have completely forgotten how to dress myself since WFH 🤦‍♀️

About 400 cardigans. All at once.

Honestly though, I find my mood changes a lot depends on what I wear on the bottom half. The same top and jumper with joggers feel horribly snobby but with jeans or a skirt feels acceptable.

I have recently bought a soft stretchy corduroy effect pencil skirt and I'm living in it with woolly tights. It's comfy and easy to wear but I don't feel like I've just given up on myself.

Last year I bought 2 cardigans, a grey one and a black one from tk, big long ones. I like them but I do basically look like I’m wearing a dressing gown. I do wear jeans sometimes. It’s tops I struggle with. I feel like i need something like a fine knit jumper or a turtle neck maybe? Or some nice t-shirts? I bought a few hoodies/sweatshirts on Vinted which are ok.

@CatMattress your Cord skirt sounds lovely, where was that from please?

A charity shop for me, but it was a Sainsburys Tu originally I think, so not particularly high end. I've had a lifelong love of corduroy. I blame the pink OshKosh dungies I had as a 3 year old.

Also the word above should be slobby, not snobby. Autocorrect got involved and I didn't spot it in time to edit.

TU have some really nice things in at the moment, they had some rusty coloured wool trousers that were a sort of chino shape but in wool (ish) material. They’d sold out in my size and online.
