I want to get this done but my local salon is pricing it at £350. Is that the going rate?

God no, that's really expensive. Think mine is about 150 for a cut and colour.

Wow!
I paid £160 at a good salon for balayage and blow dry. A cut would be £45 on top. I am in the SE
