I know. I'm bringing the glamour with this one.

Have a look at these.

Do you reckon they would be:
A) Very comfortable if you have a bunion.
B) Extra UNcomfortable if you have a bunion because they're trying to correct it.

The bronze ones are okay, aren't they?

They might be ok with a mild bunion, but not a pronounced one. Otherwise, I’d be buying myself a pair!

I don't think you could reverse a bunion however mild the bunion is. Your muscles have adapted to walking with a bunion when you walk with something pulling your big toe back in place you won't feel stable initially and your feet will ache as you will be walking with different dynamics, I would expect arches get tired.
I think it's a gimmick. What is good though is to preserve the movement in your big toe and the space between toes by wearing wide enough toebox, supporting any collapsed arches and doing some toe and feet exercises because bunions can advance to cause toes overlapsing and less mobility in big toe. I recommend trying toe stretchers while watching tv for 10-20 minutes a day.

I bought a bunion corrector which was very similar to those except designed as an insert.

It was fucking uncomfortable
