Black jeans

Can anyone help me find a decent pair of black jeans please? I'm looking for black, straight leg, slightly cropped so I don't have to turn them up to show my boots, medium to high waisted (mum tum / in between hour glass and apple dependent on weight!). I'd like them to have minimal stretch. Just bought the miracle shape ones from m&s and they are too stretchy for my liking. 5' 8" tall and size 14, edging towards a 12 as I shift a bit of weight.

I got some just like this from Per Una recently. It would never occur to me to look for jeans in Per Una (I think of it as more about floaty dresses) but I was really impressed. Much nicer denim than the main range M&S jeans. Thick cotton. Mid/high rise. Straight cut. Not super tight or stretchy. V flattering.

Per una eh @WhereAreWeNow ? You sure there isn't some lilac floral stitching somewhere on the leg?!?! I'll have a look when I take my too-stretchy ones back to m&s.

Thanks- did you buy short (or shorter than your usual fitting) or have them taken up? They look quite long

Probably PLT or Boohoo both have large denim ranges that I have brought off.

@WineIsMyCarb i bought the long ones because I'm quite tall. If you want them more cropped I'd go for the shorter length.

Just seen we're same height. If you're 5"8 I'd go for regular.
