Dropping eyebrow

One eyebrow is lower than the other, more noticeable lately as I get older. Can Botox fix this or would it have to be surgery?

I get botox for this, works quite well to balance it and lasts 3/4 months each time

I had Botox in my "11s" for this and it has helped, but I'm now at the point where only a brow lift would make a difference.
