Snag tights

It is getting colder and as I need tights! Keep hearing about Snag tights but I find them a bit expensive. Wanted to ask if they are worth it and/or whether there are any discount codes etc.

I've tried them and found them awful for me. I have bought better tights in the supermarket.

I'm a huge fan of their tights, pretty much all I wear because I hated tights before. I find they last very well

The reason I like them is because of the sizing, they are the only tights that don’t roll down after a couple of hours (my belly is on the large side). If normal tights fit you well I don’t see the point of buying Snag tights but for me they are well worth the money.

I saw their adverts on Facebook and they blocked me as I posted that their use of models, ie men dressed as women was abhorrent.

I would never purchase from them even if I was interested in their product.

Absolutely worth it in my opinion. I'm 5'11" and these are the only tights I've found that don't do the whole penguin crotch thing. They are so comfy to wear, and a nice fabric too. Not as lux feeling as some of the more expensive brands, but good for the price.

They get cheaper if you buy more of them - 10% of fif you buy 3+ pairs, 15% off if you buy 5+ pairs etc.

I love them! I'm short and fat and they suit me perfectly. Not keen on the adverts.

They do a good range of size fits and seem decent quality. They are expensive though and the website is a bit fat fetishy.

I like them as they're a good fit and very comfy, but they ripped around the crotch area sooner than I'd have liked.
Have a look on Vinted too.

Can't stand their social media which stops me buying.

I swear by Heist tights which are expensive but also indestructible, my few pairs have been going for years now. And definitely fit properly with no falling down.

M&S body sensor tights are much better quality and much more comfortable. £8 for 3 pairs (sometimes on offer too).

Haven’t tried Snag, but Heist were awful. Both pairs I bought laddered within weeks (opaque).

I tried Heist after seeing them recommended here, but went back to Snag. Heist were almost as good (no penguin crotch on my long legs), but the waistband for me rolled down into an uncomfortable doughnut round my waist.

I tried Snag but thought they were rubbish.

I love their tights but hate their adverts and social media.
I blocked them after they sent an email with basically fetish photos that showed bodies more than the products.
I'm still wearing ones I bought several years ago but will need to find replacements soon.

Better Tights all the way - far superior quality imo without the tedious fetish kink SM stuff you get from Snag.

Another vote for Better Tights. They don't have anywhere near as big a range as Snag do but they're cheaper and a much better fit for me. Waistband isn't too tight but it doesn't roll down either.

I don't care if males wear tights (that's hardly new) but I do find some of Snag's marketing either too fetishistic or try-hard. "Look at us, aren't we edgy". Meh. It would put me off a bit even if there weren't an alternative that fits me better.

For plain black tights for winter a friend rates the big bloomers company (despite the name I think they start at a size 8) but I haven't tried them myself. They aren't cheap though and I don't think they do many colours.

Try these, cotton gusset and no centre seam.

And no ridiculous marketing techniques, unlike snag.

If you're looking to push the boat out, Wolford and Falke are ace. I got a pair in a charity shop once and they lasted me about 7 years of regular wear.

Snag are good, last about three years of wearing them often, I wear day glo ones a lot and get positive comments.

I'm short and fat (5ft1, size 20) and they are the only tights I've found that fit properly because they do 'short' lengths. They last well, and are lovely and soft.
