I created an ASOS return for InPost locker drop off. QR Code was generated. Scanned code, locker opened, I put my parcel inside and closed it, but then the screen did not move on to the next step. The "help" didn't help. Luckily the door popped open so I took it out. I tried again, same problem.
So I have my parcel, but I'm not sure if I can now try again at a different InPost locker or does the fact that I've scanned it already mean that ASOS think it's in the locker and on its way back.
ASOS "chat" couldn't help.
The Returns FAQ states that once a return is created you cancel it and you also can't change return provider. I can of course keep the items but I don't want to.
What do I do now??
