Strapless backless bras

Can anyone recommend a strapless backless bra or similar product that can help give a bit of shape under a backless dress? Is there even such a thing? I have found a few googling but am a little skeptical and they are not at all cheap! Thank you

Just another idea, have you tried boob tape?

blobby10 · 15/10/2023 17:25

Last time i needed this (about 15 years ago!) I used a stick on bra from M&S. apart from the sticky stuff giving me a rash for three days it worked brilliantly and offered support and shape x

Thank you both, I haven't tried boob tape as my boobs are so small they need a 'cup' of some sort to give shape really. I will have a look at M&S id actually not thought to look there though it seems an obvious place now! Its good to know they do work - I can live with a rash for a couple of days if it does!

John Lewis also does stick on bras. They are ok as long as you’re not going to be too sweaty on the day as they can come unstuck.

I’ve got a couple of stick on bras from Amazon. The CatoFree reusable ones. They work well!

thank you I will investigate amazon! them coming unstuck is the fear!

Could you sew some cups into the dress? I've used the stick on bras before but I felt it slid off as soon as I started to sweat.

That's a thought 🤔I think the fabric may be a bit flimsy but I could experiment....

l’ve never found one that defies gravity. For me, without the shoulder support “bounce mode” (sans bra) is the only way.
