Tummy tuck I need your advice please

I've been overweight all of my life including childhood. Long story short I've always had a belly overhang or apron. I've had weight loss surgery and lost a considerable amount of weight. I'd eventually like a tummy tuck.
I've no idea where to start researching. Is going abroad not worth it or is it safe as long as you know where to go?
What roughly would it cost in the uk V abroad. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon.

I follow this lady on tiktok, she went abroad. There's a lot of good reviews for the same company but there's also this lady, and another who died. I wouldn't be willing to take the risk abroad even with the massive price difference. Save up, stay in the UK and hopefully someone soon will come along who can recommend a UK surgery.

I had mine just before COVID hit with Dr Rob Winterton (Manchester area). I decided to stay in th UK and pay a little more in case of any complications - although I didnt have any real issues (an area took longer to heal) he answered any questions 24/7 and I could have tipped up if needed. 7k then, think it's more like 10 now

The surgeons at the Plastic Surgery Group (uk) post a lot on their instagrams and seem to have amazing results. They’re in London so probably expensive but I wouldn’t go abroad.

I used the plastic surgery group in 2021 for a breast lift and am very pleased. Had 2 revisions all included. Think they are quite expensive compared to others though.
