Winter waterproof coat for plus-size

I am looking for a new waterproof and warm winter coat for size 18, and preferably up to £50. About just above knee length, or longer is fine too. I’m trying to lose weight so I don’t want to spend a lot.

Puffer coats are so unflattering on me - I look like a barrel, when I actually do have a (fat) waist. I have an old Trespass insulated one but I can’t say it’s that warm really.
