This is intended to lighthearted, just so you know.
I have fairly wild hair, naturally, no matter how healthy it is. It is frizzy and buoyant and hard water really destroys it. I have recently purchased 5 litres of distilled water, some ciment-thermique (a leave-in thing by kerastase), no heat styling, and am hoping for improvement. Wish me luck!
Anyhow, just by sheer coincidence I keep noticing wild hair and it's popularity in the world of classical music. I have no idea what all that's about, but it delights me. For example, I mention a man with wild hair being interviewed on the tv, I say 'oh look he has hair just like mine!' then in the next shot he is conducting an orchestra.
I also like to watch live performances both irl and online, and have definitely observed a larger than coincidental proportion of frizzy, wild haired orchestra/audience members.
Is this a thing, do you know? Is there some sympathetic romance going on here? I am speaking of long, tousled hair that would not dream of touching the curly girl method! Just as wild as nature intended 
and on both men and women. Usually longish, and unashamedly grey.
And I kind of like it, because when you regularly see a thing represented on a positive way it can alter your perception. In the mainstream world such styles are shunned to some extent, either by straightening or swamping with gels.
I have missed my calling haven't I?
