I’ve seen recently either Japanese, Korean or Chinese women in central London wearing long printed (sort of floral with maybe black) maybe pleated slightly silk or satin skirts, one was light blue other was light green. On another occasion it was a light sugar pink with same print. They looked like tourists rather than Londoners.
What were they wearing? Is this a trend? Would probably look ridiculous on me but the skirts were striking.
