Hair disaster.. help!

You might have seen on AIBU I had my hair done yesterday - costing £100. I straightened it and it's awful. Nothing like the photos I showed and the blonde is wonky at one side!!

I've managed to get an app elsewhere tomorrow.. but will this even be possible to be rectified? Photo of what I've got vs what I wanted and showed!! Help!

They'll easily be able to soften that line. They should also be able to put a toner on it as well, but i don't think it will look like the picture. In theory, you should go back to the original salon to correct, but it's hard to sit for hours in a frosty atmosphere.

If your hair is naturally straight, leave the salon with it straight. Curls hide a dodgy cut or poor colour placement. I learnt that lesson the hard way.

I hope so. I have messaged her to say I'm not happy, but I'm just not sure if she actually has the skills to be able to correct it. I've just lost all faith x

All she's said is she can tone the blonde but that wouldn't soften or straighten the line surely?

If it’s a salon with other stylists I’d go back and see the senior stylist to get it rectified. If not I’d book in at a colour specialist salon (which will be more money) but they’ll definitely be able to fix it!

She is the salon owner who did it..! Her name is literally the name of the salon 🤦🏼‍♀️ all she is offering is a toner which isn't what I want.. surely I think she should've done a full head dark and left some blonde pieces? It's like she's not understanding what I'm saying at all. Xx

I hope it can get fixed 😞 will it soak up the dark too much if I get it done soon with her obviously having put some kind of blonde in? I'm so mad.. £100!!

You need a colour correction, they will restore the dark back in to create the look you wanted, fairly straightforward
