2023 has been a difficult year. I am now out of an abusive relationship which took a lot of courage to leave. I'd like to buy myself a nice Christmas present and was thinking of a new necklace I can wear everyday to remind me gently of how far I have come. I have had a nice afternoon surfing the net, but I can't find anything I like... Help me wise MNers, if you were going to buy yourself a necklace, what would you buy?

I like either gold or silver, budget is up to £200.
