Treating myself to a black bag - see by Chloe Mara opinions?!

have been ‘acting up’ in work to a higher level for the past year (with a pay increase) and due to finish this month. The pay difference has gone to savings & COL increases but would like to treat myself to a nice black bag as a congratulations for surviving the year! (Realised the faux leather m&s one I got for 30 quid 5 years ago is looking a bit shabby; tho I still really like it). Was thinking of the see by Chloe Mara crossbody bag - that’s around my budget. I think it could work at weekends; in work and if I was out (which is not super often tbh).
any other suggestions; or feedback on the bag as I don’t have a clue about bag trends (but I like crossbody)

Gorgeous bag but I'd worry about the big gold hoop getting scratched and tarnished.

I have the chloe mara, bought 4 years ago, I wear it almost every day. It's fabulous, beautiful leather and the gold hasn't tarnished.

I think Chloe bags are very classy as they don't have massive logos and they're quite understated. I say go for it!

I have the Mara in suede/ leather combo. I love it. It’s pretty roomy. I like the See line of bags.
