Outfit creator app?

I'm sure at some point in the last week I have seen someone post a picture which showed various ways of mixing and matching various items of clothing.

I wondered if this is an actual thing, perhaps an app, or if they had just used photos off of a shop where they often show you a few other ways you could wear that specific other top by buying other items of there clothing.

I am in process of buying a new wardrobe with lots of timeless classics that can be used as my staples. It would be great to have something to plan outfits and show what things might look like with other items. Does this exist?

I have the Stylebook app - there are similar apps but this is the only one I’ve used.

You have to add all of your clothes to your ‘closet’, which takes a bit of time at first. You can take your own pics, but it’s easier if you can get photos from the shop website.
Then you can use items from your closet to make up outfits. I’m rubbish at packing, spend ages fannying about trying to decide what to take ☺️ so I’ve found the outfits/packing lists incredibly useful.

The other very useful element (for me) is that you have your wardrobe on your phone, which is very helpful when shopping… a few times I’ve been about to buy something then looked at my Stylebook and realised that I don’t need it!
