Looking for some round neck long sleeve tops to wear with jeans & gillet over winter

Don't want anything ridiculously expensive but something that washes well in good colours (black, khaki, navy, grey etc)

TIA

Cos and Arket.

Most of my t-shirts / long sleeves are M&S.
Benetton is good. H&M are fine under jumpers.

SalGoodwoman · 10/10/2023 15:53

Uniqlo, especially their Heat tech thermal range for winter (whenever that's going to happen Hmm).

TomAllenWife · 10/10/2023 15:54

I deffo don't need any extra heat! I'm peri

The price difference between Cos and M&S is vast
Is there a huge difference in quality?

I like Rapanui for basics. They’re great quality.

H2OIsKey · 10/10/2023 16:39

Uniqlo, Muji, and M&S imo.

I used to like Zara basics and maybe it's just me but the quality of their stuff has gone completely downhill. H&M is a hit or miss. I've found solid hoodies from there, but have also bought jeans/tees that have completely lost their shape after a regular cold wash.

Ostryga · 10/10/2023 16:40

I can’t stand Zara any more. No idea what they’ve done but it’s rubbish now.

M&S are my go to for basics.

I have just ordered three from Citizen Wolf after seeing some posts on here talking about them. I have scoured social media looking at reviews and they seem really postive about the quality and longevity. I have sent them a few emails and their customer service seems spot on too.

I have never spent so much on a t shirt, but big boobs and small waist and big hips are not always catered for off the shelf and I never like the fit.

Their Magic Fit calculations just from my height weight age and bra size were absolutely bang on, I even ordered a tape measure to be sure.

Now its just the waiting game.

Fuck me the M&S websit is a nightmare
By the time I've finished shopping it empties my bag

Gap?

Seasalt are quite good for long sleeved T shirts

e.g. Easel

I actually like the ones from Peacocks - they don't do navy but lots of useful basic colours.

M&S are good now, they used to be rubbish but have upped their game in the last year or so.

nutsnutspistachionuts · 10/10/2023 19:42

I love Uniqlo and the regular Heattech isn't that warm, avoid the "extra warm" though. Also Colourful Standard, Organic Basics

Was just coming on to say Peacocks.

I got a few of their basic t shirts to have fresh for a holiday in April, have worn one nearly every day since and they wash/keep shape brilliantly.

Moonshine5 · 10/10/2023 22:25

Uniqlo

threecupsofteaminimum · 10/10/2023 22:53

H&M isn't bad.

applecatchers36 · 10/10/2023 22:57

Uniqlo
