The ankle boot ones I mean? I've never owned a pair. Am I too old?Grin

I'm 53 and I have had some for about 5 years that I still wear when it's really cold

BethDuttonsTwin · 09/10/2023 07:41

No. I live in various coloured ultra minis in the winter and I am in my early fifties!

Bonitalazenia · 09/10/2023 07:41

55 here and have 3 pairs.

Passerillage · 09/10/2023 07:42

I have ankle ones but I don’t wear them outside - they get ruined and honestly I think they look ridiculous outdoors. (Mid-40’s)

Flatandhappy · 09/10/2023 07:42

For around the house or wearing out? I am 60 and have some, will wear them walking the dog down the lane by our house but nowhere else outside. We are in Aus and they are seen as very bogan as anything other than slippers really 😁

ArcticBells · 09/10/2023 07:42

My 90 year old mother was given some to keep her feet warm. We only stopped her from wearing them because of the trip hazard.

Uggs are ageless Grin

I say ageless but this may be the ultimate deterrent Grin

megletthesecond · 09/10/2023 07:45

They're fine. They keep your feet warm.

Fourlegsandatail · 09/10/2023 07:46

You were the perfect age when they were in fashion twenty years ago.

User174085934 · 09/10/2023 07:49

I have a few different pairs of Uggs, tall, ankle and biker type, I'm 65, so no one is going to notice what I wear anyway. They are in the same category as Crocs, of which I also have a couple of pairs, very practical but not fashionable.

AncientBallerina · 09/10/2023 07:54

Of course you are not too old! They are so cosy but not great for walking long distances or in the rain. Amazing in the car for cold mornings though.

pacificoceanwhale · 09/10/2023 09:50

Yesss Thank you all!

No! I'm not suggesting that. My DN's (14&20) were absolutely horrified when I mentioned I might get some. Reckon they've never seen someone as 'old' as me wearing them. So I wanted some assurance before buying😉

I’m 47 and and love my Uggs.

MayIDestroyYou · 09/10/2023 14:42

Grin I also know someone over 90 who’s been buying Uggs for 20 years …

MayIDestroyYou · 09/10/2023 14:42

(Feel free to pass that on to your niblings, @pacificoceanwhale!)
