I am hoping to have a mini neck/face list but really don't want to go under a general anaesthetic. I had a previous bad experience from being under a general (in an emergency situation). I also have a mild heart condition so the thought of being 'asleep' during the procedure is, quite frankly not an option for me.
I've emailed a few surgeons who have all said they wouldn't perform the surgery under local pain relief (with sedation). However, apparently this is something that is done and not necessarily out of the ordinary.
If anyone has had cosmetic surgery performed under local relief - please can you recommend anyone?
