Turtle Doves fingerless gloves - too tight?

After using and arguing for over a year I treated myself to two pairs of fingerless gloves. One is a loose knit and fine. However the other pair looks more felted and they are tight.

Will they stretch over time? Not sure if I should return them.

In my experience no, they won't really stretch. So if you want them slightly looser I'd size up. They work well for me as I've got very narrow fingers.

They are very good at letting you return and send an alternative pair

DH borrowed mine last winter wfh, and they have definitely stretched (I bought him a new pair for Valentines, and promptly claimed the new, unstretched pair, as mine).
That said, if they are brand new, I'd send them back.
