Post c section trousers?

Looking for help finding cheap(ish) trousers to wear post c-section while I still have my bump. Was thinking I’d just wear my maternity trousers but realised the band will likely dig into where my incision/scar might be. Don’t want to spend a lot of money on trousers I’m unlikely to wear again, have been looking at cheap stretchy high waisted trousers on Amazon but they’ve mainly got really bad reviews in terms of fit/length etc. Any ideas?

I had black and navy from Matalan so was good colours for postpartum! And also a few patterned pairs. Nice and soft like pjs or joggers but nice enough to wear out.

I just bought a pair of high-ish waisted ones that fitted round the waist and wore them and soft leggings until I was less tender and had shrunk enough round the middle to fit into some of my other stuff
