Help with outfit - baby's baptism

I'm struggling to find a nice outfit for me to wear to my son's baptism (Catholic) next month. I can't seem to find a balance somewhere in-between all the cut out, slightly revealing styles out there and the modesty look, which looks a bit matronly on me.

I'm average height and a size 10 but still not fitting into all my old clothes particularly around the chest from breastfeeding.

I have a high waist so suit empire waist dresses and jumpsuits. I'm a bit self conscious about my hips atm as they are still bigger than pre-pregnancy but my stomach is relatively flat. I don't want to highlight my new curves in church with anything too tight around the hip or chest!

I also like trouser suits but they are only just zipping so I will need a new suit if I go down that route.

Pastels wash me out so I tend to stick to dark tones. Budget is £100-150 for something that I would wear again but hopefully a bit cheaper.

I would love some ideas 🙂

This dress (photos) could look very smart dressed up with jewellery, but would be very wearable for everyday, too.

This is a bit dressier:

Alternatively, your budget would buy a nice jacket from somewhere like:

which could be worn with a dress or trousers you already have. (Might any of your trousers be altered to fit better?)

Thank you @Aixellency, I had forgotten about Sister Jane as an option so I'll take a look on the website 🙂
