AW wardrobe and style revamp

Help please -
I need some objective wisdom please.

Looking for some new outfits to see me through this A/W -and beyond of course.

I have realised that I haven’t bought loads the last couple of years ( consciously!) and now my wardrobe seems to mainly consist of summer clothes, pre pandemic office wear and in general stuff that’s over 5 years old and looks a bit dated.
I do have some nice items but not much that combines well anymore.

I have seen so many things I like and am tempted by but I can’t spend too much and I am terrible for buying things that don’t gel with other things in my wardrobe and then don’t get worn.
I really want to avoid spending money on things that end up on Vinted.

The hardest bit too is I am struggling with
a much larger belly than I normally would have as a result of an op.
Hoping this will improve but its making things harder as I know how to dress my pear shape but having to conceal a swollen belly is a new dynamic!

Anyway after all the preamble - what do you think will serve me well to bolster my wardrobe?
Has anyone bought anything they think I need too ?

I am looking at -
Wide legged trousers
Side stripe joggers
Satin slip skirt
Jeans ( no idea what shape !)
Slinky blouses
A crisp white shirt
Denim jumpsuit

Honestly there is so much I could buy but what do you think is here to stay / flattering.

If you are still with me I am 5 6 and a 10-12 top and 12-14 bottom but my tummy makes anything too snug REALLY uncomfortable

Thanks so much for reading and all ideas are welcome !

Choose a colour palette that suits you then things will go together.
I mainly wear blue/grey/green mixed with black for example.
There are YouTube videos on hiding/disguising the stomach area you might find helpful.
Also loads of AW outfit ideas.
Have a look at the curated closet - lots of style advice on her blog and she has a book.

Some things can last for years and do still look timeless but I generally update the majority of my wardrobe every 5 or so years too as things can start to look dated/worn.

@Zipps thanks so much for taking the time to read my epic post !
Great advice
I am over thinking it all !
Will definitely look at the tummy disguise tactics and am following the heavy thighs trouser recommendations thread too!
I think tha tummy issue is at the heart of my wardrobe wobble but am just going to order a few bits and see
I have had an amazing success with a phase 8 denim jumpsuit which I love so that's one outfit sorted.

Dresses and dungarees are comfortable to wear if you don't want anything tight around the waist!

Thanks for the reply I do have dungarees but they make just me sad as I look so round in them - kind of pregnant but too old for that !
It's more that I feel dreadful with my new shape and want to buy some new things that make me feel better.
