Rosemary Oil

Has anyone used this for hair growth?

I suffer from alopecia acreata so I’m willing to give anything a go as I’m sick of the bald patches! I take Biotin and also have regular B12 injections to treat an auto immune disorder. My iron is always low but I can’t tolerate the supplements.

For about a week I’ve been using Mielle’s Hair & Mint oil. My hair fall seems to have reduced and my hair is much nicer condition. Also adding 5 drops of pure Rosemary oil to my shampoo.

Does anyone else use rosemary oil for hair growth? If so, have you seen much improvement?

My sister who is a hairdresser is using Rosemary shampoo and conditioner few times a month only as she says they make her hair go greasy faster. She really likes them and says they would probably have much more of an affect on her hair if she used them more frequently.

I've heard that the main active "ingredient" is massaging your scalp which stimulates hair growth!

I use an electric head massager and hair oil ( not rosemary), and my hair seems to growing quicker than normal.

I’ve just bought something called champo, been using it for a week and I’m fairness my hair does feel thicker (although I’m not sure it’s visible).

Thank you @Olika . I'll take a look. I adore rosemary scented products.

Have you tried spatone liquid iron (I found it much easier to take than other iron supplements when I was anaemic)
