A really heavy duty bra

I'm sitting on the settee looking at my boobs which have fallen either side of my chest! I really need a good, heavy duty bra which will keep them firmly in place and not lounging about under my armpits. I'm a 36G ish - any recommendations, please?

Bravissimo. They fit you in the shop.

YellowJoggers · 01/10/2023 18:11

Bravissimo definitely. Once I know my size I've also bought from Polish brands on Brastop which are known to be very supportive as well as comfortable.

Elomi are my faves

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 01/10/2023 18:15

Elomi

gotomomo · 01/10/2023 18:38

Currently wearing an M&S one that's good

Triumph Doreen. It’s not glamorous but is very comfortable and supportive.

Iheartmysmart · 02/10/2023 13:29

Elomi Morgan is my favourite. Supportive and comfortable.

Empreinte

The first thing to do is check your sizing is correct. Look at the Boob or Bust (BOB) group on FB.

Thighdentitycrisis · 02/10/2023 17:12

If your boobs are going to the sides maybe look into models with Side Support. I find Fantasie do lots of these styles and they put mine into a front facing position

Bravisimo is great as they stock a good range of brands and styles

londonmummy1966 · 02/10/2023 17:22

Fantasie Fusion Illusion or Envisage bras - side support panels and full cups.

Dartmoorcheffy · 02/10/2023 17:23

I'm a 38ff. I get my bras in asda, sainsburys or tesco and they do the job perfectly well.

AuntieDolly · 02/10/2023 18:15

Another vote for Fantasie Illusion. Hefty, but surprisingly comfy

crackfoxy · 02/10/2023 18:17

The best bra I ever had was from rigby and pellar. Bought 2, coat a fortune but it was like I'd had a breast lift, sadly they wore out and I can't afford to go again!

WhoStoleYourHighHorse · 04/10/2023 10:19

@londonmummy1966 and @AuntieDolly - thanks for these recommendations. Really well reviewed and not a huge amount more than my M & S ones which are ok, but only ok! Off to place my order.

Definitely Bravissimo. I wear Fantasie Belle and that keeps my boobs to the front. If you don’t have a shop near you look online and speak to them. They give fabulous advice and will exchange.
