Do you have to look vaguely smart on Zoom, at all? My recent wfh clothes tend to come from, in ascending order of cost and zoom-worthiness:

Uniqlo - cords / flannel trousers.
Community Clothing - hoodies, etc.
American Vintage - t shirts / dresses.
Raey @ Matches - nicer t shirt dresses / chinos.

That said, I’m currently sporting a very ancient C by Chloe white furry wool coat (too old to be seen outside) as a sort of housecoat.

Stretch trousers from Niche are comfortable but smart then team with a nice top you like. They're my go to.

Everything I own. Seriously. I don't buy anything that isn't comfortable. And all of it looks good.

My accidental uniform last winter was Sweaty Betty Gary yoga leggings and their after class sweatshirt. I'm hoping to be a bit more varied this year!

Business on top, party on the bottom. I go for shirts or blouses with M&S jeans or Hush joggers
