Had a lumpectomy and they did both sides for symmetry.

Would just like some small inserts so I can still use some older bras and tops occasionally. I think I've gone from a 32 d / dd cup to a c cup. Maybe b, not fully settled yet. So don't need to be huge.

Is there anything like that anywhere? Had a look on Amazon and couldn't make head nor tail of them.

I got the type of thing you're describing from JL but it was several years ago. I just checked in their website and don't see the same ones, although they do have different ones. Will check what brand mine are when I get home and update.

Ah thank you!

The upshot of having much smaller boobs is that I could possibly go bra less. Am seriously considering it for an upcoming 40th.

Though the world of nipple shields and tape is mind boggling 😵‍💫

Unfortunately the only bit of the packaging I have now is the inner container so can't find the brand. Could have been JL own label. You can get silicon nipple covers on Amazon but I don't know how well they stick on or how long you would need to wait to wear them followng surgery.

I've had a single mastectomy and use different forms. Try looking at knitted knockers as they are lovely and light and free! I think I've also seen some in M&S which could be suitable for you.
If you decide you want something a bit more substantial check out boost for prosthesis. Flowers
