I have a neon themed event tomorrow night
Not my style so wanted cheap!
Anywhere on the high street doing neon at the moment? Primark?

I reckon your best bet is Primark and Tkmaxx. Failing that you could wear black and then cover yourself in snap together glowsticks.. They do hair bands and all sorts.
