Wondering if anyone ever bought from them and whether customs fees apply? The website is UK but they ship from Portugal.

I don’t know the answer but would like to know too. I’ve bought from them in a physical shop in Spain and they have some nice things. Have held off ordering online because I wasn’t sure about customs.

Yes, I would say they're Accessorize quality. I've never ordered online as I live locally.

I actually stopped a woman with one of their briefcase bags once to ask where it was from, because it looked so nice! I thought it would be £££ but I was shocked it was £45. It was this one and it's on my list for when I return from mat leave!

Yes @PuppyMcPupFace is right reminds me of Accessorize a bit. I’ve bought a swimming bag, little summer cross body bag, earrings, Birkenstock type shoes. The shops are very tempting.

How would you describe Accessorize quality though? The only thing I ever bought from there were hair clips...

Yes! Very nice. That one was my 1st choice when I started browsing their website, but then decide to go for another one that is bigger and more my style.

@VelvetVoice well unlikely to fall apart once you use it. Feel nice in your hand. The swimming bag has been great. Taken swimming for the last eighteen months and as good as new. Well made. I don’t think the bags as as expensive as Accessorize either.

There used to be one at Dublin airport and I got a few things there - scarves and a bag. As someone said it is a bit like Accessorize, but with more neutral colours so it looks a bit more expensive. The quality is nothing special but the prices are also modest.

I don't mind paying customs duties but it doesn't show up on the cart and I don't want to be surprised ...

Why don’t you contact them and ask if it’s duty paid @VelvetVoice

Yes I did but I'm worried about timelines as I need it for quite soon
The bag I want is 39.99, so it seems like there will be duties, I just wish I knew how much in advance.
