Is this stuff any good? I've been given a gift set and seen it around but never actually used it. Is it a molton brown rip off

On mumsnet, it's possibly the worst thing one could receive. If given by a mother in law it's justifiable cause to cut off all contact and not let them see their grandchildren ever again. In real life, it's a perfectly nice gift & looks decent in the bathroom. Enjoy!

I've never understood the hate for Baylis and Harding. I quite like some of their scents and bottle designs tbh.

It's nice. But obviously smells are personal taste, and different people have different ingredients they are sensitive to in all products.

Not a MB rip off as established 1970, MB 1971. Obv. MB is a luxury product so non comparable. BH is perfectly nice everyday.

I always get the lavender hand wash for the kitchen sink. Not sure I’d like the shower gel/bath stuff as I have to be really careful with unscented/natural products and I don’t think it would suit me, but the hand soaps are perfectly nice.

The Oud, cedar and Amber handwash is lovely!

I don't find the bath stuff smells of much or is very bubbly but the hand soap is perfectly fine.

I think if some of their stuff wasn't such a blatant MB rip off they'd have had an easier ride. They seem to be moving away from that recently.

The hand wash is fine but the consistency of the bath gels is very poor.

Update - smelt nice and hasn't caused my skin to feel tight so that's good

The new Oud Cedar &Amber hand wash in their 'Goodness' range is gorgeous and my hands have never been so soft. I've now swapped to this ( and bought the shower/bath gel too instead of Milton brown or white company.
