Yesterday top white stuff, skirt jigsaw, cardigan primark.

Suit yesterday - from & Other Stories. With a Top Shop waistcoat/top and Jimmy Choo boots. WFH today so looking a right mess, lol.

Really fallen behind with being unwell and starting a new job. Vintage blouse and modern skirt.

Hope you are feeling better and enjoying the new job @NotQuiteUsual. I am off out to lunch with friends. Dress from Nicholas and Stuart Weitzman boots. Snoozing doggie - priceless, lol. It’s dry today so I am crossing my fingers it stays that way…

I have already posted these pics here but I'm too lazy to retake new photos for the same outfits. These were worn yesterday and today.

Unfortunately DD has got her collarbone broken at the nursery and it looks like I might not have the time/energy to post here for some time.
I hope it was just an unfortunate incident and nothing more sinister - I have been shouted some racial slurs at by older kids at the nursery and the staff completely ignored it until I officially complained so we have a bit of a racism problem there. I hope my DD was not attacked on purpose as it looks like her bone got broken by a boy she always has trouble with.

Oh I am so sorry @toucaninjapan - what an awful thing to happen. I hope your daughter heals well

@toucaninjapan I am so sorry - in the UK there would be a safeguarding investigation and a child that broke another child's collarbone would be excluded from nursery. It's quite an extreme injury and I would hit the roof.

I am wishing your daughter a speedy recovery and that you get it sorted xx

The racism you have experienced at the nursery from older pupils there is shocking. I hope your DD is OK and she recovers soon .

@Sooverthemill - you asked how the house project was going. I think we’re nearly there. The open plan kitchen/dining room has been tiled and the (entirely superfluous) extremely pretty spiral staircase is now in situ. Hoping to be moving back in in about a month.

Wowsers, house looks amazing @OublietteBravo! I do love a spiral staircase. Dress from & Other Stories, with slip dress underneath from ASOS. Boots from Terry de Havilland, and cardigan from Free People.

Jeans again today. With an M&S shirt.

I seem to be spending more and more days wearing “standard” office wear.

Clothing wise nothing to report here. Have found some really lovely wide leg jeans from Uniqlo that I like. Might order in a different colour.

Nothing I really want or need. Had been hankering after some kind of cardigan but not sure why!

I also love your house reno @OublietteBravo. Is that a wooden floor or a clever Amtico like dupe? Either way I have house envy! I'm searching for a house - we need to downsize and I can't find anything in our tight little search area

@faffadoodledo - the floor is wood-effect ceramic tiles. Much cheaper than wood and great compatibility with the underfloor heating.

Popped into town. It’s a sunny day! Really hope Spring is springing! Dress from McQ with Iris and Ink boots.

Cold and grey and (intermittently) wet. It really doesn’t feel like it’s spring here.

So I got dressed and took a photo. Trying to cheer myself up as our beloved dog was put to sleep last Friday age 15 and a half. It’s so empty without him despite having another dog and three cats. My shoulder is still painful and I’m still having physio so not at all happy with life. Wish it would warm up

@Sooverthemill I'm so sorry to hear about your dog. It's heartbreaking when they were part of your family so long.

@Sooverthemill Very sorry to hear your sad news. Great age or not, it makes no difference when you lose a dear dog. It's just very sad for the whole family.
