Wow I’ve missed a lot being too busy to post!
I’ve been mainly in the blue colourful yoke jumper and this sweatshirt this week as the weather seems warmer her though bloody windy. Today I dug out a sparkly tee from hush ( a few years old) as I can’t find my ‘fizz’ one!

DH and I went to the Warner Brothers Studio, this time I made sure to bring a couple of special things I collected for my witchcore bookshelf. Here I am, taking cosplay photos at (almost) 33 and it feels good!
I'm looking down on the 1st photo so I decided not to cover my face. The 2nd and 3rd photos show real outfit underneath the Ravenclaw robe. Yes I have a mandrake on top of my head, it looked extremely sad and my maternal instincts just kicked in when I saw it in the store, couldn't leave without it. ❤️

And another outfit - finally after many months I am going to the ballroom again. I'm wearing a twirly layered dance skirt and a basic cotton top, I'll take the cardigan off later

Wow! The things you learn about people on here! My DiL is a former part time professional witch - had her own spells and tarot business alongside her terribly sensible day job. Sounds a bit like someone on here @toucaninjapan ! Great outfits

Oh no @faffadoodledo my witchcore things are all fake, for ambience purposes only because I like Harry Potter. My grandmother on the other hand does witchy stuff professionally (as well as some other relatives. One even developed her own fortune-telling system and was sort of famous in the "industry") and not even one of them has any witchcore stuff (crystals, sage, whatever) for atmosphere because these are not the actual tools - at least for the people I know.
I steer clear of the "real" stuff for ethical reasons and make conscious effort to always be kind unless I'm extremely pissed off with someone and have to get it out. Too bad I have zero talent for improving things or blessings, now that would be much more useful!

A day of running errands in my fave jumper made of 100% lambs wool. It's as soft as a cloud and I have it in turquoise as well. I wish I bought it in more colours while it was still available, it seems they stopped selling this brand in Japan

New Year holidays have started in Japan.
PILs have kindly sent us 5 kg of tangerines and wagyu beef and I've stocked on a lot of products, only to discover this morning that our nearest supermarket won't close for the New Year break 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not very exciting from me. Biege jeans and black jumper/boots. I am waiting for a gorgeous pair of Birkenstock Chelsea boots to arrive though which I'm looking forward to.

Not sure when I last posted as it’s been a hard few days with DD being extra unwell following Christmas but given that she came downstairs for the first time in10 years of illness for the big day I can allow that!!

Happy New Year everyone! I’ve been very lax at taking photos. Partly because we were away visiting family for Christmas, and partly because I just don’t have anywhere to take photos in our current flat (I’m really looking forward to the house renovations being over - I want to go home!)

Happy new year One and All (our Cornish motto consists of those three words so I tend to over-use it!) from another lax Xmas poster. No excuse but inertia and a quietish Xmas which meant I reverted to joggers more than usual.Gosh @Sooverthemill such a bittersweet little Christmas story you told there. I hope your DD picks up xxxx
