Nighties or pj's?? Decisions, decisions!

Hi all, this is probably a question for the really new mums, who have very recently had a stay in hospital due to giving birth! I'm trying to sort out my hospital bag and am wondering what to pack to wear in hospital for my stay when I have my csection, all the other times I wore nighties, but always felt exposed, especially now that there are men waltzing around at all hours on the wards!

But I know with my previous csections anything in the slightest bit fitted was just awful, but then there's the chub rub (I've got fat legs)

And of course the fact that I would have just had a baby I'm going to be feeling like... to put it blunt utter crap but I would like to trick myself into feeling slightly more put together!

What did all of you new mums wear! Any recommendations for comfy but, stylish/put together nighties or pj's? Such a conundrum 😁

It's been a while but I wore massive maternity pyjama bottoms with nursing vests. It was hot as Hades on the ward and the windows didn't open.

I've never been particularly worried about being stylish though and even less so after just having had my stomach sliced open!
