Designer bags which are LIGHT

I just want a lovely lovely bag, medium to small-medium. But oh wow designer bags are so heavy!! Are there any that aren't or will they always be heavy thanks to leather etc? Thanks

I have 2 Dior handbags which are much lighter than both my Louis Vuittons. I don't do obvious pattern or brand so you have to look very closely at them to know they are designer! I use one of the LVs everyday (I'd like Susie from the Repair Shop to spend some time with it) and after 15 years of daily use its starting to look a bit old. I tend to use the Dior ones for 'best' I think because they feel more delicate. So yes you can find what you are looking for!

Louis Vuitton canvas bags are light. I’ve gone back to my speedy from a Mulberry and it’s so much lighter.
