If money were no object where would you go for an excellent hair cut/re-style?
I am happy to consider all budgets, travel and any waiting list.
I want to go from long hair (lots of it but fine) to a bob- which I think needs an excellent cutter having done this before. I would rather have an excellent cutter than pay for a "desirable" studio with funky furniture and fresh flowers if that makes sense!
